Refund and Returns Policy – esparklejewelry

This is the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy of esparkejewelry.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kindly take a video before opening the package/product. If the product is damaged, reach us at esparklejewelryy@gmail.com. Without valid proof, we don’t allow a refund/replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We issue replacements or refunds or exchange whichever is feasible for us for damage of products during transit within 6 days of the original purchase of the product provided the damaged product is returned shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. A replacement will ONLY be provided. A refund can ONLY be issued in case of unavailability of the same product.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
