Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days, Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a very high volume of orders, shipments may get delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will
contact you via email or phone. For customized products, we will inform you separately as it’s on case to case basis.
Shipping Rates And Courier Partners
We at esparklejewelry will ship the deliverables to you, with the best suitable courier service in your area. Shipping charges would be charged separately over and above the amount of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of your courier. We ship only in India, International shipments are not allowed. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged if customer cancels the order at the last moment after the parcel is packed.
Shipment Tracking
After placing the order, we will keep on updating the status of your product, also you can track your order using the order ID/ number provided by us to you at the time of placing the order. Once we dispatch the order to you, we will share all the required details with you via E-mail or text message. We will share a mail for delivery plus review, because your feedback is important to us. In case you are unable to locate your parcel, please feel free to contact our team, we will track it down for you.
Damaged or Non-reciept of product
In case you receive a damaged product, you can contact our customer care team to replace as per Return Policy. Further, you are requested to drop an email to our customer care for the purpose of intimation of your return.
